30,000 resumes. 6 months. An immersive rallying cry to tear the paper ceiling.

We worked with artist Samuelle Green to create a physical manifestation of the paper ceiling. Look up at 30,000 resumes, scan real stories, and take action.

We debuted at CES, then brought the experience to Cannes.  The installation will travel the country to prominent company headquarters throughout the year.

Having a bachelors degree should not be a luxury or the only way to find upward mobility in America.
