50% of Americans are shut out from a job the moment they apply.
The Paper Ceiling is the invisible barrier keeping 70+ million people from jobs they are qualified for, simply because they don’t have a degree.

We worked with AdCouncil and 60+ companies - Google, Apple, LinkedIn, Twitter, IBM, Walmart - to tear through this arbitrary barrier and level the playing field for workers with alternative skills.

Having a bachelors degree should not be a luxury or the only way to find upward mobility in America.

2.3 Billion impressions. A shoutout from Obama.
Executive laws passed in 17 states. 400K+ new jobs created.

Tear the Paper Ceiling
Art Installation

Cannes ︎︎︎ Shortlist, Design, Experiential
30,000 pieces of paper. 6 months. An immersive rallying cry to tear the paper ceiling.

We worked with artist Samuelle Green to create a physical manifestation of the paper ceiling. Guests are invited to walk through and look up at thousands of resumes, scan real stories, and take action.

We debuted at CES, then brought the experience to Cannes.. The all-paper installation was a stark contrast to the hundreds of screens and virtual experiences surrounding it. The irony was not lost on attendees.

The installation will travel the country to prominent company headquarters throughout the year.
